The DCX Client Services - Home Based Accounting Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 35,000-40,000
Job Responsibilities
Review vendor statements with posted AP invoices. ?
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
Process cash receipts as required
? Credit Card
? Check
? ACH
Process weekly UPS bill towards jobs/PO’s
Invoice clients
Sent client statements (1st and 15th of each month)
Follow up on the status of payment(s) communication; update AR Tracker as needed
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (2+ years preferred).
Strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
