TITAN Greece offers an excellent opportunity for a Financial Reporting and Planning Analyst to join our team in our Head Office in Athens. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, the primary scope of this role is to support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting activities for Greece and Western Europe.
Main Accountabilities
- Compile and consolidate budgetary financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets & Cash Flow Statements).
- Analyze budgetary and actual financial and operational data.
- Develop financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports for business management reviews.
- Design automated reporting/forecasting tools to improve planning and reporting productivity.
- Perform variance analysis of past results, identify trends, and make recommendations for business and financial operations improvements.
- Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports using tools like MS Excel, SAP BW/BI, and Tableau.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or an ACCA/ACA/CFA certification is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Audit or Consulting Services company.
- Knowledge in developing valuation models.
- Solid understanding of Financial Accounting.
- Experience with SAP & SAP/BW is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Excel. Experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to expand knowledge in all relevant fields.
- Fluent in Greek and English (both oral and written).
