About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor at Qliro you work with customer support serving customers on all our Nordic markets. Our Payment teams are structured into three levels; Team Level 1, Team Level 2 and Team Level 3. As an advisor you work dedicatedly towards reaching your targets set by the organization, with the opportunity to grow and move through the levels. As a Senior Advisor in Team Level 3 you then can apply for other roles within Qliro. We believe that your journey of development is important, if you have the mindset to always beat yesterday and improve in all areas of your daily tasks – this is the place for you!
What you’ll do:

Be responsible for creating and generating a WOW experience to Qliro's customers in the Nordic markets
- Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail
- Identify and assess our customer’s needs with the aim to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
- Work towards goals & KPIs connected to customer satisfaction and efficiency, both on individual level and team level

- CSAT
- SLA
- NPS
- AHT & CPH
We believe you:
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Norwegian, Finnish or Danish language skills are highly meritorious!
- Are service-minded and passionate about creating outstanding customer satisfaction
- Are detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Are structured, flexible, engaged, and have great communication skills – both in writing and speaking
- Enjoy working towards set goals and KPI’s and work proactively towards hitting targets, individual as well as on team level
- Are a quick learner with basic skills and experience from working with digital tools
- Experience from working with customer support over phone, chat and email is meritorious
The employment will be based at Qliro's office in Odenplan, Stockholm.

Employment: Part Time
The role is suitable for you who want to work alongside your studies. Working hours are flexible between our opening hours Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00. We expect you to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a good possibility of working more hours during the summer.
