Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport with the customers, initiate business process and own all product marketing responsibilities to expand Solutions sales and gross margin,
- preparing the monthly Marketing & sales evaluating the performance.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy to identify opportunities to increase business
- To meet with and develop strong business relationships with relevant products.
- Collaborate to define go to market Strategy and business plans for Targeted Segments such as anesthesia, Critical care etc, trends, key customers, key opportunities, major relevant offers etc.
- Provide tactical guidance to Sales by assuring pre-sales technical background on products & systems, and application assistance
- Keeps management in touch with end-users in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, and gives feedback to other internal stakeholders.
- Maintains up to date product knowledge on all products and solutions.
- Regular value-add meetings with key users.
- Increase product stickiness by demonstrating relevant new content and functionality that enable end users to be successful.
