Administrative Clerk [South Africa]


 

Job description

We are looking for an Admin Clerk to join one of our medical accounts administration teams.

Duties of the Admin Clerk include but are not limited to following up via telephone & E-mail on outstanding accounts, payment allocations & report submissions.

Responsibilities

General office administration

Medical Aid and patient account follow-ups

Management of patient accounts, including invoicing and receipting

Requirements

FET College Diploma (Financial management, Finance or Accounting) with relevant administrative experience as a prerequisite.

Strong administration skills

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude

Medical accounts background will prove advantageous

Well acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, screening protocol for all staff and visitors, etc.
