  • The Customer Service Operations Representative will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service operations at Sopex Hitech Services Ltd
  • This includes managing customer interactions, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring that orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • The Customer Service Operations Representative will work closely with the sales/marketing team, factory managers, inventory and packing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders and inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track order progress.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Communicate with factory managers to ensure that production runs smoothly and meets customer deadlines.
  • Work with logistics teams to monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to customer service teams to improve overall service quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support projects and initiatives related to customer service operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
