About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive success using Madlan’s Platform. You will be the primary point for our strategic customers, working with key stakeholders to develop retention strategies, onboard customers and support our customers' success. You will also identify upsell opportunities, monitor usage, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage customers' portfolios jointly with the account executive.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop strategies using Madlan's platform to achieve their business objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a positive experience and comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Continuously monitor customers' usage, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value.
  • Provide technical support, and answer customers questions.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on customers' usage and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, assess customer health, and drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer data, providing actionable insights for proactive customer engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field - a must.
  • 2 years of experience in customer success management or a similar role
  • Experience with customer retention - a must
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • This is a Full-time position and Temporary for 8 month - maternity leave replacement
