Primarius Elevator is seeking an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role at our Bothell location. Attention to detail and desire to follow-through to completion is a must.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain an exceptional customer service experience

Contact / follow up with customers

Write Contract Summaries

Review and compare changes in contracts

Coordinate and set events and meetings

Attend meetings and write and distribute meeting minutes

Update calendars

General administrative tasks as needed by staff.

Review and processing of field reports and invoices to submit to customers

Determine customers’ needs, answer, resolve and direct incoming phone inquiries and emails

Assist with ordering parts and materials, coordinate shipments and deliveries

Required Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, attention to detail, multi-tasking and managing processes from start to finish, be professional and friendly and know how to respond to any tense situations. Prior work experience in customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management, subcontractors and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bothell, WA 98012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
