We are a highly rated and very busy multidisciplinary clinic located in Etobicoke. We are hiring an experienced office manager to help with the daily running of the clinic as well as overseeing operations.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for answering the phone, booking appointments, billing and receiving payments. This would include billing to insurance companies, WSIB and MVA billing. As well as tracking patient programs, payments and responding to emails
- They would aid the owner with overseeing the daily operations, as needed
- Weekly metings with owner or other staff as required
- Daily cleaning/tidying, restocking and tracking inventory
- Have flexibility with working additional hours, if required, on occasion
Qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the industry. They must be experienced with HCAI, WSIB, and the numerous billing platforms (eg. TELUS, Provider Connect, Blue Cross etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while making decisions
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to sit at a desk for long periods
- Proficient in using the internet and software like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
