For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 1.5 years of work experience in related documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g., Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.)
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

In this role, you will:
- Interpret and process order instructions from the PMO team counterpart in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into the business tools.
- Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when implementing an order.
- Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions.
- Suggest process improvements in the respective support.
