JOB TITLE: Market Developers, Lagos Island(Mile 2, Satellite town & Abule Ado)
A telecommunication company in Lagos, Nigeria is massively recruiting Market Developers for Lagos Island
The job is to support the Sales & Distribution team in activities to increase subscriber base for Airtel Services in the assigned region with the aim of increasing revenue and Wallet users, count, Work closely with the S&D team and alert them of any potential business opportunities for additional sales within key clients.

· Coordinating all Agent management activities within the territory (recruitment, replacement, training, on-boarding, monitoring, trade asset, trade collateral, branding)
· Drive compliance to regulation and Agent agreement
· Drive and track Agent activity and performance
· First point of call for issue resolution
· Coordinating Agent engagement across area of coverage (Quarterly agent forum/meetings)
· Coordinating market activations / market storms across the different communities within area of coverage to drive public awareness of the channel
· Driving knowledge sharing sessions across branches
· Conducting market research on unique/ bespoke products required to drive adoption of the Agent Channel
· Other tasks as assigned
The ideal candidates are required to possess the following;

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦70,000.00 - ₦85,000.00 per month
